TRUCK PULL RULES

2 Wheel Drive Pure Stock Class – 5,500 lbs.
—Engine must be pure stock.
—Must have manifolds and mufflers.
—Maximum hitch height 30” (must pull off of bumper or Reese hitch).
—Bumper or Reese hitch may be reinforced with exception of NO levering devices allowed.
—All weights must remain inside bed.
—No chock blocks allowed.
—No nitrous oxide allowed.

4 Wheel Drive Pure Stock Class – 6,000 lbs.
—Engine must be pure stock.
—Must have manifolds and mufflers.
—Maximum hitch height 26” (must pull off of bumper or Reese hitch).
—Bumper or Reese hitch may be reinforced with exception of NO levering devices allowed.
—NO weight racks allowed, all weights must remain in truck (either bed or cab).
—No chock blocks allowed.
—No nitrous oxide allowed.

2 Wheel & 4 Wheel Drive Street Stock Class – 5,500 lbs.
—Engine must have smooth idle.
—May have aluminum intake, after market carburetor and headers (headers must be capped with mufflers).
—Hitch height (must pull off of bumper or Reese hitch):
—2 wheel drive-Maximum 30”
—4 wheel drive-Maximum 26”
—Bumper or Reese hitch may be reinforced with exception of NO levering devices allowed.
—Chock blocks and latter bars are allowed (must be pinned or bolted on).
—Latter bars cannot extend more than 6” past spring hanger.
—All weights must remain in truck (either bed or cab).
—Stall torque converters are allowed.
—Must run DOT tires—No size limit.

—No tunnel ram intake manifolds.
—No nitrous oxide.
—Uncapped or upright headers are allowed.
—Factory springs must remain in factory-installed location.
—133’ maximum wheelbase.
—Maximum hitch height 30”.
—Hitch point cannot be closer than 42” from hitch point to center of rear-end. —No larger than 1 ton rear-end (8 lug ONLY).
—DOT tires only (no larger than 33 x 12.5).
—All u-joints and harmonic balancer MUST BE COVERED.
—If inner fenders are removed, spark plug shields must be installed.
—Must have blow proof bell housing or blow proof blanket allowed (self-fabricated shields are allowed).
—If using self-fabricated shield on bell housing, shield must fully enclose bell housing.
—All shields must be a minimum of ?” steel OR ?” aluminum.
—Weights must remain under hood in front.
—Weight bar in rear not to extend 12” past rear of bed.
—Latter bars cannot extend farther than front of bed. Street Diesel 4 Wheel Drive – 8,500 lbs.
—2 wheel drives: Maximum hitch height: 30”.
—4 wheel drives: Maximum hitch height: 26”.
—Trucks must pull from bumper or Reese hitch with exception of NO levering devices allowed.

Open Class
(Open to other counties)

2 Wheel & 4 Wheel Drive – 8,000 lbs.
—Hitch can be no closer than 42” from center of rear-end to hook point.
—Hitch height:
—2 wheel drive – maximum 30”
—4 wheel drive – maximum 26”
—DOT tires, any size.
—Must have stock frame, but can be altered or modified in any way.
—All trucks, with the EXCEPTION of street vehicles, must have the following safety features:
—All u-joints and harmonic balancer MUST BE COVERED.
—If inner fenders are removed, spark plug shields must be installed.
—MUST have blow proof bell housing or blow proof blanket allowed (self-fabricated shields are allowed).
—If using self-fabricated shield on bell housing, shield must fully enclose bell housing.
—ALL shields must be a minimum of ?” steel OR 1/2” aluminum.
—MUST have kill switch.
—No restrictions to engine, transmission or rear-end.
