The registration deadline to enter Pre-Teen, Teen or Miss Grayson County Fair Beauty Pageants is Sunday, August 28th. The Pre-Teen contestants will meet at 5:00 PM, the contestants for Teen will meet at 6:00 PM and the Miss contestants will meet at 7:00 PM at the pavilion at the fairgrounds. MISS GRAYSON COUNTY BEAUTY PAGEANT RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • Registration for Miss Grayson County Fair beauty pageants will be Sunday, Aug. 28th at 7 p.m. The pageant will be held on Tuesday, August 30th, the opening day of the Grayson County Fair.
  • There will be registration and a short meeting at the fairgrounds Sunday, August 28th at the pavilion at 7:00 p.m. Registration forms can be picked up at Elite Hair Design or Bahama Tans in Leitchfield. To register by phone, contact Amy Cave at 259-5181 or you may text 230-3446. No calls at work please!
  • The Miss Grayson County Fair Beauty Pageant will be held annually in conjunction with the Grayson County Fair. Entry fee: $60.
  • A contestant must be a resident of Grayson County at least six months prior to the contest.
  • A contestant is ineligible to participate in the Miss Grayson County Beauty Pageant if she has won a title in another county fair beauty pageant during the present calendar year.
  • Must be single and cannot have ever been married.
  • Must have reached her 16th birthday and cannot have reached her 22nd birthday prior to the Miss Kentucky County Fair pageant.
  • Must attend all meetings called by the coordinator.
  • Contestants will be judged on the basis of poise, personality, individual interviews, beauty and general appearance in formals and swimsuits by judges from outside Grayson County.
  • A Miss Congeniality will be selected by the contestants and will receive an appropriate award. The contestants will vote on Miss Congeniality at a time established by the coordinator.
  • At any time Miss Grayson County is unable to fulfill her state requirements, she must resign and the first runner-up will become the reigning queen.

    These requirements state that the contestant must remain single until after the Miss Kentucky County Fair Contest to retain her title. Other prizes and gifts will be awarded. Winner may compete in Miss County Fair of Kentucky contest.
