2012 Grayson County Fair Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations
(All Hours Central Daylight Time)
Anyone may compete, subject to the General Rules herein set forth and the Specified Rules of each individual department.

All home economics entries, including flowers and all agricultural entries, must be made by 7 p.m. TUESDAY and remain in place until 8 a.m. MONDAY. Open classes are open to all exhibitors unless otherwise specified.

All exhibits should be checked out with the Committee anytime after 8 a.m. MONDAY. The management will not be responsible after 11 a.m.

The management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses. The judges’ decisions will be final.

Entries in FFA and 4-H departments must be approved by exhibitors’ leaders and limited to Grayson County only. Entries must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project.

Prizes will be paid immediately after judging.

All persons or organizations operating concessions of any kind on the Fairgrounds will be required to pay 10% of gross receipts to the Grayson County Fair.

All exhibitors, displayers, concessionaires, etc. must have admissions tickets before they will be permitted to enter grounds.

The management reserves the right to interpret and enforce all rules and regulations. All exhibitors must pay admission fee to grounds.

All exhibitors must be Grayson County residents pertaining to field crops. Your 2009 Grayson County Fair Board Members
